IOM didn't send me any mail either. There's a printed paper they must have given you at the place they took your picture and fingerprints.
If you don't have that, send a mail to IOMLagosClinicalTeam@iom.int if you did your medicals in Lagos with the following format.

If you did your medical in Abuja like me, that A4 paper they gave you in the computer room where you did registration is what is being referred to as a slip here. e-medical is written on it and it has your picture. That is what you need to attach to the webform.

Yes, it changed to August 04, 2022 Completed when I checked immidietly I completed the biometric before I left there.

Does that mean everything is ok without the yellow slip you are referring to. Moreover, I did the biometric here in Abuja.
