This will also be thrown out on technical grounds. It is a pre-election matter that should have emanated before the election.
The case is supposed to be handled by the FHC and not a tribunal.
A tribunal is a Special Court that only looks at what happened on the day of election to the declaration of results. Anything before or after is not within its jurisdiction.
This lacks merit and will be dismissed for sure.

From high court of justice to tribunal to appeal court and to the Supreme Court have struck out the case of alleged certificate forgery. Maybe you should take him to basketball court. Both the clueless party destroyer Oyetola, Tinubu is a goner. Infact Tinubu defeat will be massive in February 25th,2023 poll cos’ we are fully ready and prepared to end APC in Nigeria. The APC defeat will start from Osun State.
