The development you are talking about only exists in the imagination of his supporters as it has not impacted positively on the live of average Lagosians aside that evidence on ground does not support this fallacy
Things have changed nobody soaks in propaganda churn out by this people now without interrogating it like before
What more evidence do you need to know that Tinubu and his people have been plundering the resources of lagos than sanwolu statements that he spent monthly IGR of 50bn on waste management and emergencies

The rail transport that has taken forever to complete, while a similar one started by Ethiopia after the Lagos one have started have been long concluded at even a fraction of the cost of Tinubu rail
Tinubu gets away with propaganda in Lagos because many people are not interested in interrogating his lies
You cannot compare the giant stride of jankande ,who did much with little and Tinubu who did less with so much

Each time Tinubu talks about development, there is nowhere he won't mention PPP (public-private partnership). He has always been an advocate of PPP and he believes so much in it.

If the government policy is bad, there is no way investors would be willing to put their money in such areas. Not to talk of huge infrastructures like Eko Antlantic.

The cost of the Ethiopia Addis Metro line is $474 million for 32km, while the proposed cost of Lagos is $135 million for 35km.

The Ethiopia Addis Metro line was financed with 85 percent of funding coming from the Export-Import Bank of China.

Can you now see who the liar is? If this is not true, bring contrary evidence.

Do you think government alone can finance heavy infrastructures without borrowing?

The best way is to have PPP, and that's what Tinubu always proposes. And to have a successful PPP, there must be a favorable government policy on the ground.

For Dangote, to site his refinery in Lagos, do you think if there is no favorable policy he will build it there? Are there no alternative places like Delta, Rivers, Bayelsa, Akwa Ibom, etc? You must be ment, wallahi. cheesy cheesy
