I've been seeing the black young girl ad pop up on YouTube for some time now.

I'm very caution when clicking ads on any platform at all, cause spammers, hackers, scammers usually buy ads from different ads network to spread malwares, bad redirections, and other bad stuffs to cashout from their bait

I remember seeing chat of how some people use Facebook ads too

YouTube and Google are irresponsible businesses. I tried to dismiss and report this ad multiple times. I just couldn't stand it. This ad should never have been allowed to be published.

Yeah.. even some free apps that use ads to generate revenue. The truth is that they might not be aware their platform are being use maliciously even though they try blocking some.

Really, I see the video pop up when am on YouTube

How does this English sounds to you now? Using am instead of I'm or I am ruins your message.

That ad always irrirated me for the blatant monetization of sympathy.

Always felt the parents were shameless and callous to put their child crying and begging fher life out there like that.

Behold it was a scam.

I saw the ad on YouTube bt for some reasons I didn't believe it not until I get direct proof atleast.

it looked well staged and too perfect or good to be true.

I can bet the scammers are Nigerians not Israelis.

I always came across this ad anytime I was on YouTube and I skipped every fûcking time because of how it started. It felt like a cash grab. "I don't want to die cry ".

I felt bad when I did that sha but I just didn't like the intro. The minute I saw the title, I just knew it was going to be this one.

The only way I’ll donate for something of this sort is physically. If I don’t have the opportunity to hand the parents the money straight from my pocket, I’ll forget about it completely. It’s unfortunate the whole thing was a scam. My heart just got harder.

I never donated.

I felt anyone who had the guts to use YouTube advertising did not need my money.

When you are black, the media will see you are the most wicked uncivilize person. War going on in Russia and Ukraine, many people are dying, but everyone is silent about it, but if it's one African president misbehaving, they will rush to kill him.

Putin have been ruling for more than 16 years, if it was one African president, they will be thinking of assassination.

It's the responsibility of the social media companies like Facebook and Google to verify these ads.

Many people made donations and were scammed because these ads ran for months on Facebook and Google.

Scamming has no country, colour, code, or creed.
Anyone can be a scammer. There are more scammers in India and China than in the entire African continent.

But the news tends to be sensationalised if the perpetrator is a black man or Nigerian.
the ads was still running after it was reported as scam.

I’m not going to lie, I never finished watching that advert. For some weird reason I hate hearing the Nigerian accent on adverts on YouTube. They annoy me so much. Anytime they come on, I just wait the required 5s and skip them.
