I also move out that same year. Infact my family and his family na one. I was downstairs, they were upstairs . I dey always go their house go chop
and play games. I don't have his connect , contact, neither am I advertising . We lost contacts that same period. Tried to get his contact and that of his married kids who were my age mate but all has been futile. When I found out in 2017 he was heading waec, I was shocked. Small world. My brother the moment one is given APL and the capturing is delayed that means no fund available for the recruitment. Most organizations will recruit without waiting for fund to be approved. In most cases some will stay 6 to 7 months without salary. It is not fault of most of the heads, it is pressure that is making them to do so. So they will just give out APLs to get the pressure off
