Thanks bro, I will stick with Auxano as earlier suggested. Besides they stc (Standard Test Conditions) are good enough and output equivalent capacity and even more 7W on the 300W panel.

Note: I contacted auxano solar directly and they 300W mono panel sells for 75k, while 250W mono is 65k. I believe this price is fair enough!

which should we rather go for. My load is bulbs, tv, fan, phone. Sir please, also type of inverter.
I'm staying in a rented apartment, so no panel.

Have been basically off-grid and we already gave out our Genny as well. We use renewable energy for basically everything, from cooking to Laundry and air conditioning but during this period we had to prioritise:
- Weather was cool so AC out
- Pump less frequently
- Power either fridge or freezer
- Turn to a year old gas cylinder backup for cooking

Overall it's good to have a large array my little 8kw have been doing an average of 9kwh hervest daily as against average of 25kwh on normal day but we still have light. The attached screenshot will give you an idea how deep I discharge my cells lately. Thanks to LFP

Worst case scenario, for those yet to learn the tricks and ways of DIY lithium, they can get from vendors here who make prefabricated packs using the same cells that they sell to DIYers.

If you can't afford premium ones from authorised distributors, then you can make your own "premium" packs using trusted cells. You can even add bits and pieces of "bells and whistles" (to quote Níyì) yourself. You only need to do some researches.

The world that has been created with the advent of LFP now can be likened to the biblical scenario when the temple drape to the inner holy of holies was torn at the death of Christ, thereby creating an expressway direct contact between men and baba God.

That is why you have many startup auto companies like BYD able to invest in BEVs, making it big time and threatening to push legacy automakers like Toyota who are stuck in ICEs and hybrid age into oblivion.

Do you know the story of that dude in Northern Nigeria that had a fleet of korope powered by LFP? I think I recently saw a headline that he has been able to build another vehicle that has integrated solar panels provide on-the-go charging. Crude I'll say, but it works nonetheless and in such scenarios, improvements is the only thing one can hope for.

Uganda and Rwanda already have locally made electric commuter buses plying their cities made majorly from materials sourced locally. There is one Nigerian professor of Eastern Nigeria extraction that is reputed to have built e-bikes in an African country where he works. Nigeria's loss, I'll say.

I just don't know why this innoson guy has not thought of having BEVs in his lineup. Even if it is to start with a tiny car, affordable, small but with ample passenger capacity to see the adoption. I sincerely wish that with the resource and experience in his disposal, he dares that niche and start the revolution.

So I had an experience with a clients mppt.

Not all these mppt are mppt.

When I got there I measured with my clamp meter. And there was a 28 to 30a difference.

The particular Mppt controller is rated 80a and it was showing 70+ Amps on its screen. When I measured with clamp meter I was measuring around 40 amps. The gap was wide. We went to his house to measure the other one of 100a and we got same result, which is around 30a deficit. Home and office controller useless just like that.
I just gave him 80a fangpusun flexmax for the office and he testified good result even in poor weather. It's expensive but then you get value for your money.

So when you get controller of unknown brands do your checks very well. Below is a picture of the said mppt.

I have been away from where the inverter is for quite a while. That's why I haven't reposted the advert.

A lot of things depend on where you look at them from - some manufacturers will not sell products to a walkin customer unless you meet certain MOQ requirements or have passed through some sort of pre-qualification based on education/training/experience.

A decent middleman (dealer or installer) will bridge the gap between product source and end user, provide system design, component selection, system implementation, after sales and warranty support e.t.c

I support the existence of good middlemen who provide a valuable service and stand behind the products they sell.

If all that is done is to collect money from a customer, go to the source and pickup and then deliver to customer and pocket profits AND if/when customer calls with issues the interaction degenerates, it is entirely fair for the customer to bypass such a middleman, save some money and go straight to source and deal with any issues he sees by himself.

With the present rate of gas, only this one is more than enough benefit. What about night cooking, how do you manage it? You take that off the batteries?
I also assume you use an induction cooker? I have not been able to use the one I bought last year. Looks like it is not compatible with my pots. Maybe it is time to give it another looking and required pot investment.
