i am facing the same issue and i called the ukvi and they said they are trying to fix it but the issue is still the same till now, i cant send an email, what did u do ? Did someone help u?:

Please house I had my bio with my family on august 9 and I got a bit worried when I saw someone say, you’ll get NSF if your study gap is up to 3 years. Mine is 7 years from 2016, I submitted a reference letter from my workplace for 2016- 2019 where I worked but couldn’t get access to the company I worked with in 2019- 2021. Please will this pose an NSF as I am worried?

Thought you have submitted a reference letter, BUT note that NSF is don't a death sentence. Grace differs, don't let anybody scare/discourage you.

Some people get NSF mail after 15 workings days just be prayerful and make sure you submit the right document

Part 1 is for whoever filled the form, if it is the MAs application then yes if it is dependant then dependant signs

Part 3 is if there is a joint statement used then both people who own the statement should sign

I am responding based on when I last saw those consent letters
