If the SE is the only state that does not play tribal politics can you tell us in the entire SE states how many non indigenes even specifically those from the SS(old eastern region) are working in their State Civil Service and have even reached the level of Head of Department? Do they give such opportunities?
Also kindly verify if the incident that former Gov. Peter Obi sacked Ibos from the Anambra State Civil Service because they were not from the State!!!!
