Hello fam, I am asking for a friend, please assist me in giving response.

"Please guys how is the Flexi appointment done, do I have to pay and pick a date online or I can just show up and pay the 42k?
Thanks for your cooperation".

Thank you.

The lawyer may have just been interested in taking money from you. That law is for EXTREME/EXCEPTIONAL circumstances, even at that VERY DIFFICULT to get. Having a child is no reason not to meet the financial requirements. I don't believe you have any chance of appeal. The spouse visa thread helped me a lot when I applied, study the thread. The UK spouse needs a job or the required savings, there's no way out.

A fair refusal means you do not meet all of the requirements for the visa. Your refusal was not because of an error on their part.

God pass you,can you imagine assistance Jesus.

Hello all,

My wife's visit visa was approved in Abuja after 10 weeks and one paid email in week 9. She was called by TLS to submit her passport last week Thursday as it was keep my passport option.

How long does it take to hear back after passport submission?

Thanks.

Lol! Wait until you receive the date for the court hearing. Then wait for your passport to be returned to them if you win the appeal. Then add the time for the passport to come back to you. You just might wait for three years. Don’t rejoice yet, calm down. It’s a looooooonnnngggg journey

@JPB2 did you see what he said here as well? The guy is just a hater but God pass am,someone i dont even know .

@bolded, you don't need as of today unless things change before your arrival date. Good luck.

God pass you,can you imagine assistance Jesus.

But why are you criticizing someone who gave you advice based on their own judgment? None of the men or women on this forum, in my opinion, are visa officers. All of us are here looking for assistance in some way. Those that make comments or offer advice on a certain subject do so in accordance with their personal opinions. They merely wish to assist, but that does not guarantee that their views will be entirely accurate. All you have to do is choose the ones you are certain will be helpful. To criticize someone is inappropriate.

In any case, congrats.

Travel to England rules
When you travel to England, you:

- do not need to complete a UK passenger locator form before you travel
- do not need to take any COVID-19 tests before you travel or after you arrive
- do not need to quarantine when you arrive

This applies whether you are vaccinated or not.

Oga be calm. A year ago you were frantically looking for help. You brought it to the public platform for assistance and that’s why he offered his help- right or wrong or ‘Jesus-like’
He or she did not come to your house to ask you for your visa travails.

Make sure you check each page of the passport. Usually, they send a denial email if Visa is denied.

Thank you for this. I was about saying exactly the same. Every comments here is just for guidance and advise based on their opinions and experience. I have seen here where someone got a visa without some of the documents mentioned here that is critical and someone has provided a lot of documents with healthy financial history but still denied. If you get visa, thank God for your own, it doesn't mean you were ill-advised.

Youre right, i did read the previous comments out of curiousity. I'd have been put off as well but i dont think he/she was being malicious. I guess the comments were just infused with passion and some frustration for reasons best known to him/her.

Anyways, congratulations.
