It's a waste of time addressing ''them''. Whenever I see such a post, I simply report it and the advert gets taken down. Case closed!

Stocks are down but my income is up! In November 2021 my average monthly income stood at N50k, today it is N107k!

The best time to buy stocks is when everyone is running away from stocks. I’ve been buying, will continue to buy. No plans to sell anything for the next 15-20 years at least.
Same strategy here, I invest and use the dividends yearly to buy property

Basically 50% Nigerian equities, 25 % foreign equities and 25% pension

Bottoming signs beginning to appear in some of the banks but not yet uhuru. Your favourites might not be ready. I count 20 coys that are either basing and waiting to breakout or simply not pulling back with the overall market. It seems counterintuitive.

I make additional contribution monthly towards retirement. So yes, it's part of my portfolio

Can you borrow against this additional contribution, do you get steady cashflow from this contribution, can you easily liquidate this additional contribution in order to harness business or investment opportunities?

Yes I can liquidate 50 percent every 4 years. I am about to liquidate a huge sum this month
or next to complete my housing project.

The PFAs offer between 7 to 10 percent return yearly. So you can imagine, it's better than some stocks and even bonds/t bills. It is almost like a risk free investment if you understand the PENCOM investment guideline to PFAs

7% to 10% is just there nothing spectacular most fixed income fund dp far better.

Good for you, but the policy whereby i can liquidate the additional contribution once in 4 years is a no no for me. I love my freedom and flexibility

Commodities decline have bottomed.

We are about entering the sharpest and the most vicious rise in commodities.

Buy food and keep at home. Grow food if you can. It is gonna take a while.

Coffee, copper, cotton, crude oil, aluminium, rice, beef, Zinc, Gasoline and diesel, raw sugar, natural gas, ati bebelo will all rise so much.

Many nations (poor or rich but unprepared) could be destroyed by this rise. Societal collapse due to poverty could be a norm.

I'm still bullish NSE and other EMs.

I do not claim to be an expect, I am just sharing my observations.

The bear of November comes after the peak of September/ October.

In a way we are saying the same thing.
From the way I am seeing things nothing is working as it use to happen before.we might not see all this things happening again.things are getting worst everyday (inflation and recession)

I read a report in the past week about the inflows into the Indian Market. Money will flow in the direction where value will be obtained.
