I don’t know which CNN Op is referring to, but if you mean his YouTube channel garners more viewership than the likes of Christ Embassy, The Winners Chapel, RCCG and even the Catholic Churches official YouTube channels then its quite a stretch! Talk more of saying he's the one putting Nigeria on the world map!

Thanks guys! I know Streams Of Joy. I think they started from a hall in one hotel along Aba Rd. I can’t remember the hotel now. E done tey sha. I would have thought he started “yesterday”.

They faced a lot of backlash then. Just like Winners, they started off soft (i.e) come-as-you-are. Happy for him!

It's myopic to think Africa problem is more of religion than good leadership.

Your leaders will go to church on Sundays and steal the resources that belongs to you on Monday. Which religion encourages them to steal?

I've never heard of him before.

Christianity in the first place isn't a religion.I agreed the way Africans have gone about their faith attributing every unpleasant events to the devil is one of the critical bane we haven't realized our full potential as a country.

In the context of your watery and factless comment,this young pastor hasn't merchandised his online prayers.I don't follow him but I have friends who follow him well.I have seen the miraculous happen to them.

From my interview with them,they haven't met him neither does he know them.What they only do is to buy data and connect to his prayer sessions with a strong faith in the God they pray to.

What you don't know is that with the magnificence of science,it's has its conspicuous limitations and that is where God's intervention comes in through his word.


Don't let the unethical activities of some unscrupulous self styled pastors who leverage on the ignorance of the naive followers to swindle them to blind your eye from those God is using.

I don't know if you have a praise report of what the word of God has actualised for you tangibly by engaging his word.
