A final match up between Obi and Tinubu will give Tinubu victory because the North would rather vote for him than Obi.

I would even prefer the run off to be between Obi and Atiku. That way, you might have the entire south behind Obi, and maybe majority of the MiddleBelt while Atiku will only have the core north.
