How do I get my refund from TLS?

I have a pending refund from a booking I cancelled in May and I am yet to hear from them.

I also want to cancel the keep my passport service I booked recently because my travel date is in less than 5weeks and I am increasingly uncomfortable with this option. I have also cancelled the trip I needed the passport for so I do not require this and need to know if anyone can advice on the modalities for a refund.

What do I need to do please? Biometrics is scheduled for 27th July.

Re: last refund request for the same service, I completed the form indicating all info but I am yet to get an acknowledgement from them. Is this what they usually do?

Good morning elders in the house, it's my first time coming here. Pls, I need honest and professional opinions on this matter.

I just made up my mind this year about relocating to the UK, I have families in the UK that bear the same surname as mine (My Grandfather now late migrated many years ago and remarried an English woman there). He mainly had sons and one is a retired British Army officer (the one whom I'm close to in communication). My uncle, is willing to help with an invitation for Family Visa and already asked me to send a draft so he can work on it and submit it but I am really sensing he's not willing to be in any way financially obligated to cater for me which is not a problem cos I have lots of other contacts that can sort that, now the question is this, will it be easier and cheaper going as a dependant to my girlfriend who is currently seeking admission towards next year or I should go with my Uncle's invite.

Also cos I am new to this I don't know how to come up with writing the invite, if I am writing it the same way I should for a visitation which specifically states the proposed date of entry and exit or it can be written as a means of settlement based on the relationship.

I read on the UK visa website that a family visa applicant with strong ties as British citizens can have unlimited stay and permanent residence (the whole thing is confusing, to be honest).

Also, if I decide to go with a regular visit is it possible to change my visa status or extend it while over there before it expires?

So I’m currently a student about rounding up dissertation. Due to deliver in Dec/Jan but my visa expires Jan 31st. I plan to apply for PSW visa with my partner in Nov after graduation. But I want to invite my mom for the childbirth etc and now cause visitor’s visa now takes 7 weeks or more was planning on applying for her in Oct so she can be here in Dec. Will the validity of my visa be an issue?

I suggest you call the homeoffice for advise.

I need help . This is exactly a week that I made payment for Qatar airways. 2 passengers. Lagos to London . One stop over . But I haven’t gotten my ticket . I have sent over 6 emails with my payment receipt to the losreservation email with no response. I am so worried as I am in Abuja. Please what can I do

Hurry.
Do not agree as the booking would have expired by now. As long as your funds entered before expiry you can get your ticket. Also start looking for who can go to their Lagos office … but u cnt relent with calling that number

I got my refusal mail, please gurus in the house help me explain this,when can I reapply?

If you have already received refusal mail on the 24th of August then you can anticipate and book your another appointment around the middle of September I’m sure you would’ve have been able to pick your passport before then

It is not advisable to reapply immediately. Take time out to address the reasons for refusal before reapplying. Don’t seem desperate to them

Send them an email with the Reference nos of your booking or call them

They don't delay in issuing tickets as soon as u confirm payments

My Mum's biomatrics was on 8th July and when tracked its showing received at DMC stage. Just sent paid mail and they replied it has been escalated. I pray she is granted

You have a point but then, I reapplied a month after my initial refusal last year and got the visa the very first time before renewing for 2 years a few months ago. The application was for my family as I am resident in the Schengen region already. I dont see anything wrong rescheduling the travel plans as one can apply 3 months ahead of schedule considering the delays being experienced. Its just a simple reason which we intend to address with evidence and a detailed explanation in the cover letter....upkeep money was moved into partner's salary account for withdrawal with ATM card and they want to know where the extra money is coming from since its supposed to be a salary account.

Also, I submitted the business account statement, it seems they didn't look at it at all because that is where I had huge deposits as a result of business transactions not even in my personal account. Although some of the huge deposits I made in my personal account was evidenced with documents.

Your business account is NOT supposed to be for personal spending ... you should have transfered funds to ur personal account instead tho

Planning on doing that towards December so I can process admission and travel towards mid next year.

Sorry bro, you can’t use company account fund for travel expenses, please try and build your account for the next 6 month, if you can try this method believe me you will get it this time. Place your self on a salary i.e by paying yourself monthly salary from your company account to your personal account for a duration of 6 month, depending on how your company is trading you can place your self on monthly salary of 500k or more with transaction remark (SALARY).

With this method as a company owner you can analyze your yearly income through the salary you are paying yourself, and have a specific amount you would be spending each month as your monthly expense.

When you are ready to apply next you will submit your company account along with your personal account. I will advise you not to travel as a family in your next application, maybe you and your wife first or you alone so your kids can stand as your tie back home.

Good evening house.
I did biometrics with my daughter as a single parent for health and care worker visa on 27th June 2022.
I received my passport from DHL with visa on 20th July but my daughter’s passport wasn’t sent instead UKVI requested for more documents for her,which I have sent.
I received an SMS just now from TLScontact that her passport is ready and will be delivered in a few days.
Please house,can she be denied her visa after mine is been granted?
Am scared because of the delay.
Hers took exactly nine weeks while mine was just three weeks.

Just a quick question, is it possible to upgrade on the day of biometrics to assisted service?

Also, is it possible to pay for the VIP lounge on that day??
