The above message confirming that which was declared by God in Ezekiel 34 vs 1 - 16

1. Does this correlate with any of what is written in Ephesians 4?

2. Can both that declared of Jesus Christ and that declared in Ephesians 4 of there being other shepherds aka pastors etc. both be true at the same time?

That entire conversation was Jesus Christ reinstating Peter back into His fold as one of His own, after Peter's betrayal of Jesus Christ.

Essentially, the claim is that so long as you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly with the orphans(or with them) you can marry, one, two, three, four wives or that which your right hand possesses.
