However the most frequent culprit or causative organism is helicobacter Pylori bacteria. A triple therapy regimen consisting of omeprazole, ciprofloxacin/metronidazole and amoxicillin should clear the bacteria. However it is against the ethics of medicine to prescribe a medication without seeing a patient, and doing a physical examination and possibly some investigations. So I'll suggest you visit a health centre and see a doctor. Wish you a speedy recovery.
