I used finely blended Oats( blended and sifted it myself) instead of All-purpose flour, and then I used oil and apple sauce instead of butter, Sweetener in place of half the sugar required, then added raisins for my own pleasure... it was divine.. my very first time baking banana bread. And it was all low-calorie too. None of those I shared it with could tell that I didn't use the original ingredients for the recipe. Since then, you can't make me back anything without using low-calorie substitutes... it is a crime to me.

Stevia and the rest sweeteners - I don't like their after taste.
