Sometimes I do wonder Some of these loan app operators send embarrassing short messages service (SMS) and WhatsApp messages to the close contacts of their loan defaulters with the intention of shaming the defaulters, tagging them with terms like ‘criminal,’ ‘fraudster,’ and ‘terrible debtor’ among others which I see as bad thing.

But I just realized that some Nigeria are just too wicked. Some ready to take loan and run away.

Is this why reason most loan merchant disgrace most of Thier customers?

This is just sad. What many of those people fail to understand is that of that money is not paid pack, someone at the office I responsible to the loss and the person will pay somehow.

When it comes to money matters, most Nigerians are nothing to write home about.

I was a victim of my story and since then, I no dey too rate people when money enter the talk, dem go promise heaven on earth but once you credit them some fii deny their shadow..

Before u borrow from those loan app make sure u don't have any phone number saved in either ur simcard nor ur phone. That way they can't contact anyone or embarrass u. Or at most pay off on time too

Shaming people because they owe shouldn't be the best way to recover loan. There should be some mechanism in place to recover loans. The problem is, most of them are not even registered.

Not surprised.. naso those abroad too dey spoil our name... most Nigerians are criminals by default

Resist the urge to borrow.
Sometimes the challenge that causes you to borrow now becomes something that eventually solves itself.
Sometimes the issue just needs you to be patient.
