Happened to me, since on Monday. Bank debited me. But I didn't see the airtime.

it will be reversed back to your account soon. Besides don't call the money small change because you worked for it.

Do you know you can go to the bank and lay serious complain about that money you called "small change" and you'll be attended to carefully.
