The tune is changing. Tinubu's supporters claimed, he did nothing in Anambra but with this record, it has been established that Tinubu did nothing base on the amount he received during his tenure.
Tinubu may be politically relevant but where has that gotten us to. We are talking about rescuing our country from perennial politicians who see the wealth of the state as theirs. We don't want greedy politicians again, let the youths use their senses and stop supporting those that is feeding us with crumbs but take the largesse.
Untill we come together and lose the grip of the nation in their hands, we will continue to cry to higher heavens and nothing to show for it.
If Lagos is audited today, many heads will roll. They indirectly indict themselves by the figure of money they claimed they're generating monthly without monthly allocation, without the trillions they've borrowed and still borrowing. What do they have to show for it. Most of these gigantic projects you see in Lagos are either privately owned or PPP or FG sponsored, then, people are begging to ask, where is the money, that Lagos has not turned to Dubai?

OBI didn't empower the economy of Anambra but he left the state less indebted and the state during his tenure was the least indebted state in the federation. That the state is indebted now, that doesn't mean it was his tenure that put them in debt. We know that OBJ cleared the country debt before leaving office but now, the country is heavily indebted. Was OBJ that caused the debt now?
The number of schools, hospitals, bridges and roads built, Tinubu never built have of it. Infact, Tinubu didn't buid one single bridge all through his tenure and only built 4 schools.
As at today, Lagos is the most indebted state in Nigeria and they claim they are generating 51b in IGR, not adding the monthly allocation. What have they done with all these monies. As Lagos turned to Dubai? Capital NO.

Some all thought Buhari as an outsider would be able to do well since the big men and the oligarchy in the north never wanted him near power again. God helped him to power, but he poorly managed that grace.

Peter Obi is not perfect, Tinubu is not perfect, MKO that we eugolize is not perfect. Even our revered Zik, Awo and Ahmadu Bello were dictatorial godfathers in their time but did a lot for the nation. Do you know Ojukwu at a stage withdrew support for Obi because of his divisiveness with bias for Catholics in his dealings. Ojukwu only agreed after serious reconciliation for his second term even though to us he us we can't see this. Do you know at a time Tinubu was the darling of most Nigerians because we viewed him as a performer and also because he challenged Obasanjos dictatorial tendencies. But same time he was oiling his political machine and expanding his grip as a godfather.

We need a leader that can perform and personally for me Tinubu or Obi will do well their baggages notwithstanding. For now my heart is with Obi but my head is with Tinubu.

As we zero in, some of us will decide based on what happens in the next few months.

In this 2022, Peter Obi and Tinubu are not on the same level at all.if it was 1999 or 2007, Tinubu can compete with Peter Obi favourably and even beat him hands down but Tinubu of 2022 is not the same of Tinubu of the old.
You guys are just looking at Tinubu's political sagacity but not his other side of life. The political relevancy has not taken us to anywhere.

He had problem with Ojukwu because he wasn't the type who know how to rub palms like regular politicians not because of divisiveness. They claimed, he was divisive to Anglican against Catholic but he gave same Anglican church money to renovate their schools and also revamped their nursing school and also reregister it. Such issue is bound to happen in any setting. You don't expect Catholic which is more in number to be treated same way with fewer Anglican. Even the deaf and dumb know that catholic is the main church that Ibos attend and have their churches more flooded the igboland.

It was the same issue he had with the state assembly, because he refused to rub their palms, as they normally do. You know they impeached him twice and in the two, the courts voided the impeachment because the impeachments were not based on constitutional breach.

This time around we need a president that will be up and doing to manage our resources to meet our yarning and stop empowering politicians at the detriment of the state.
