Even though I no Dey support women in any argument but it will be unfair if she’s the only one that got punished! What of the of police that said he’ll gun her down? I’ve experienced this too but that was during sars era , the werey say if I no open my phone that I will regret the day I was born that he will kill me and nothing go happen. For old ife road Ibadan, that day I don accept my fate that I will die , he keep dragging my phone pushing me to near by gutter , the phone screen broke cos na infinix. one of dem on mufti came down to me and told me to reason with am. Last last I give am 5k and they let me go..

As long as the officer didn't Assault her, then she have no right to assault an officer, moreover she can also record are her own part too.

We must distinguish between a misdemeanor and a criminal act. The police PRO, in my own opinion is a hypocrite.

An unarmed citizen was physically and verbally threatened with being killed by the gun of a Nigerian police and she reacted emotionally.

The woman's lawyer should advise her to claim "temporary insanity" that was caused by the psychological threat of the unprofessional policeman and also counter sue to police for inflicting violent verbal threat and severe emotional trauma on this female Nigerian citizen.

They should also make sure the trial is well publicised in both social and traditional media.

You are just venting your anger and frustration wrongly. The man is PPRO as you called him. The matter involves a police officer and a civilian which is in public domain. What do you want him to do? Keep quiet? If he does, we will all insult them for keeping quiet, he speaks you are complaining.
Thankfully, as he rightly says, the court will decide the matter, so calm down and don't be emotional about it. The woman will have her lawyer to argue her case

She suppose to have recorded her own part of the story too.

My advise: Lets be calm in our conversations with them always. Don't let a crooked officer use you earn undue work promotion and awards. Be wise.

The police as a body cannot use evidence recorded with a private device in court, if it was a civil suit they can.They can only use an approved devicce if they are taking her to court as Police ng.

That evidence will not stand in court cos her lawyer will argue that some part of the video is missing as can be clearly heard by her asking him to repeat the gunning down part. The officer at this point chose to remain silent, however you can see they are all worried cos they called their Oga.
Beside we dnt know who the woman is, She could be Oga side chick or have a very big God
