not an aggressive one, but am just been sincere, some clients are just annoying, imagine a client telling you to come for immediate work. She agreed with the price and ask me to come to edo she is much ready getting there without asking her a dime she said am a scam. The only reason she gave is that I didn’t call her before coming in the morning after we agreed in the night. And she told me if she is not ready she won’t contact me infact I remember she told me to bring tools and my workers so we start immediately. Getting there I called her and she blocked my line only God know how I survive that scene

Location? and does it have a parapet design? If this is Lagos, between 10m -13m will finish it. But to be certain we need to see the design of the house, building materials are costly nowadays

Besides, after building that kind of duplex, nobody will use 50,000 naira for all switches and sockets for a duplex. It is highly impossible.


5 room doors for 200,000?? [/b]Frame alone is 10,000 per one. So 30,000 per door? Even Pako door is more expensive than that..

[b]100,000 for light fittings? Ordinary POP light for duplex is over 150,000 not to talk of chandeliers etc..

Scaffolding of 200,000 for a duplex. That's not even possible. Ask Michlins.

The post is not to discourage home owners but that's the reality of the market at this time.

It was sold for 2700 per square metre ( Note: there are different designs, some are not upto that amount) that room was 28 square metre. Paid the installer 650 per square metre.

Please any idea ruff estimate how much it will cost to carry this building from this state till roofing? Plastering and internal finishing not included. The current state is foundation filling.
My engineer said it will cost 10m to get the building to roofing(carcass) I wasn’t expecting it to be that much. If it will cost me 10m to get to roofing at just Caracas, does it mean it will cost me 20million just finish just a 4bedroom bungalow? It is too much. 4bedroom all ensuit, please any help?
