My center is Alausa, I read that ikoyi doesn't allow you submit file until the day of your capturing,is it the same for Alausa too.

Finally got my passport last week Tuesday. God go punish them for that Ikoyi. Anyway, anybody expecting anything from Ikoyi at this point, forget about fast track o. There’s no such thing for now. They’re following strict approval to clear backlogs from Abuja.

Maybe it may change but the PCO is still very new so don’t let anybody collect your money in Ikoyi o. Enough said.

Also, if you track your passport and it’s in production, just go there to get updates or SERVICOM. I collected passport last week, and today it’s still showing production. Lol.

Good day all, In my collection slip at Alausa they said i should come September 12. Went there today, process was fast. They called my name and said my Passport isn't ready. Wrote some stuffs with red biro on the slip and said i will get a text when it's ready. I went through DIY 100% and want to ask, how long will i have to wait? Although i don't need it urgently but why are others getting there's with just the slip and mine isn't ready? Is it because of the DIY process? Thanks all.

You should have asked those people collecting theirs to know if they did DIY or not.

Maybe you should give yourself minimum of 3 months from now if you did 100% DIY at Alausa. They have alot of backlog to clear and I think they are still clearing those that captured this year May.

I did captured for renewal at Alausa on the 4th
of May. I was there last week and they told me my passport is not ready, and that I should wait for text message from them. I'm four months plus waiting for my passport to be ready . This is not funny at all

Omo it's at Alausa o. Not that i even need it this year but might be moving out of Lagos December. If not they can help me keep it i wouldn't bother. I wouldn't advice anyone to go the DIY route 100% in Lagos or the South especially if you need it urgently. Let see out it goes, if by November it's still pending i might have to explore other means. Thank you for your inputs.

I captured since July 13 at Alausa Passport Office , my passport is not yet ready

Please how did you go about the correction of data? How much did they charge you? Did you go before your appointment date to sort it out? I'm having same challenge but I want to wait until my capture date to avoid me spending money twice. Please let me know your thoughts on that. Hope I can do the correction and capture same date?

I picked up for my sister yesterday, she captured last week. I also did my capturing yesterday and I'm supposed to pick up on Monday. I'd update you after pick up, there might be an order to do that but I'm not sure that should disturb

Yes. I called a number I got on NIMC website and also messaged them on twitter. After two business days I was validated.
