Lol the OP is just like most guys who, out of need to get women attention will do stupid things just so they can blame it on people not being good.

Now, he's in a situation where he can't make a fuse about the money owed to him by the said lady because the other tenants will see through his gimmicks and won't care.

I'll say he's actually more ashamed/afraid of what the other tenants who priced higher than the so called neighbor might say, reason why he didn't open up to anyone rather he choose to come online and rant hoping it will make him feel good about himself.

Forgetting that women aren't the type you do business with if you have any form feeling for them because that will always get in the way. You'll constantly be in-between whether to ask for your money no matter the cost or worried about getting her angry thereby severing the new friendship or whatever you may call it.

From the way I see it, he'll eventually forfeit the money for her because doesn't have the liver to confront her.

Some people are so wicked and inconsiderate, about 2 months ago in July I packed into a smaller apartment. A room self con. I was broke and going through hard times. I decided to cut my cloth according to my size.

My neighbor that was beside me, was a single lady too just like me a single. But it was obvious she got everything cut out for herself well, giving the way her room was and the way she was putting on Gen.

Now like I said, things was hard for me, I could bearly eat. And it was still 10 days before they pay salary. I was hooked. Nothing on my hand. Where I was working, I won a bag of rice, as one of the best staff. But I didn't have gas or anything in room. Alot of things happened to me. Story for another day. I just rented the room. It was empty and sleeping on the floor.
Hunger wan finish man. I was just there with the bag of rice. So I decided to sell it. It was 25kg rice. So many people came to buy it. Some were saying 12k, some 13k.

When this my unfortunate neighbor heard that I want to selling, she came to beg me to sell it for her. 2 of my neighbors actually came.
1 said 12. But this my neighbor said 11k.
But because a room was closer to mine I decided to sell it for her for 11k. Just because of neighbors. I gave her the rice.
Give money turn to problem. She first gave me 5k. She said she will send the remaining in my account. And then that was it. Since then if I call her she will not pick, if text her she will not reply. She has been avoiding me.

It's been 2 months now, money I no see, am a very gentle person why I remained calm. Hoping she will pay.
How do I handle this situation without it turning to quarrel

I think you can go to her and tell her that you want to share the rice into two and take half since she can't pay up and you need food

Take the rice let her follow you, go to anywhere they are selling gas plead with them to use their electronic kg machine and measure out 12.5kg put of the bag and return the rest to her

After that, avoid her like a plague

the replies here made me feel somehow, am not after sex of anything like that, i dont even have the time, my work is time consuming, that one of the reason why i havent ask her yet, i come back late at night 10 pm. i just thought it better i sell it for someone i know, but i have learnt my lesson sha no problem
