boss. I'm still trying to understand what you're typing here. Why do you think APC or PDP Can't do their rally in Obi's local government?. Was expecting to hear from the police if the place is safe for the Obi's people or not. Not even these groups forming what I don't know. The security units are the people expected to give the clearance and nobody else. Is Lekki in Tinubu's local govt?
