Uncle's are all making sure that no one in the family surpass their kids so have never and not ready to give 1kobo. it happens that almost all needs their money and some (police and loan app) may take legal actions against me anytime also to avoid my in-law from making unpleasant side talks. We bearly eat 3 square meal and there haven't been any income since April.
I have nothing doing, and my wife have nothing doing too. Depression pushed me into Yahoo but I am not seeing any light. I am also very fluent in programing Bitc0in investmeint websites, etc and as a result flooded both Facebook and nairaland with my ads which got by accounts banned. I have waited on the Lord and have submitted my application letter to several offices even to filling station, gas plants and at a point, I even applied at a bread factory all to no avail. All I have is my humble self with a bright future and a house at okpanam, asaba Delta State.
Note: I am ready to take any action even if it requires to start from scratch all over again as I am still young.

I need your advice,
What do you advice me to do.

Don't mind them. They are doing family show off competition. He should go into serious farming and hustling. With inflation, food is the new yahoo. In delta we know things are high in prices generally so he can sell well.

You just have to sell that house, pay all the necessary debts hanging om you, get another land develop a portion for you to live inside

Or you rent a mini flat where you can conveniently pay rent without owning

Let your wife start teaching so that she too can contribute something as you can't handle it alone

Then make arrangements to go and serve, if you ignore that part then you will have issues with it in future

Start living a life that you can afford to avoid you getting broke again because this time, you don't have any assets again to fall back to

I tried getting a loan from bank but they request I must have a C of O which will cost me around 600k to collect from government house.

Don't attempt to borrow from the bank unless the money that you borrowed can pay off your debt and there will be a reasonable amount left to invest in a business that you understand very well.

The return from the business should be capable of servicing the loan from bank as well as meet your recurrent needs.

What is the size of the land on which the building is built? Can some part of it be sold without selling the building? How much can you realise from this? Can it solve your problem?

On the spiritual side... what was the source of money that you used to build the house because you mentioned Yahoo? Proverbs 20:17 (KJV) "bread of deceit is sweet to a man but afterwards his mouth shall be filled with gravel"

The source of my money is not fludrant. I sold a land in the village and used it to buy the new land and build, also opened a game plaza which was swept empty by robbers at night just after 4 months of operation.

Me myself I am very frugal with my spendings before I met my woman, after meeting her I was still frugal but not like before.. I use to buy her tins and give her what I know she needs. Remember.. "I gives her what she need and not what she want, she uses her money to buy what she wants" that is the kind of person I am. But I use to take her out to eat, chop, but not all the tym cus she knows that we re to save for a raining day.

Buy tins for Ur woman ooh, its a good tins and it will draw Ur favour.

If you are sure of raising #10m from the sale of the property and you are owing #2.5m, I'll advise you to sell.

Before you sell research to find out if there is any good land you can buy for #2.5m and a viable business that you can invest #5m. Don't sell before determining the above.

The business must be a low risk high turnover and small profit business. Ensure that you don't expand your personal expenditure so that your capital is not encroached. If you have a car, sell it and add the money to your capital. You can replace the car when things get better.

Go with this advice. It's realistic. Offset your debts so you can sleep well at night and have clear my d to start afresh. If your wife's is not going through risky pregnancy, suggest she pick a job also
