No, its usually sold in rolls, I bought the last roll for about N8,750. But there are smaller rolls that will cost less than that.

I just bought two rolls, and was ready to buy more if needed. We cant be sure of how many rolls because some sellers of the nylon sheets pack smaller rolls and make them look bigger.

To be honest, I think the decking is costlier, followed by aluminium pitch roofing, but I cannot be sure since I don't even have the location of 4he project. Some costs are location dependent. Happy weekend.

I've not spent anything yet on the building. I want a situation that I wouldn't regret my choice of roofing style mainly for financial constraints. I'm looking for a roofing that wouldn't exceed #2m-2.5m

I am at design phase and I want to finalize my options in roofing. It's a standard 3 bedroom house. I know that decking is more expensive but I also heard that hollow block decking is not as expensive. My problem is that I need a relative cost estimate.

I am projecting to start the building in November/December this year DV.

The hollow block decking is said to be about 20% lower in costs, but I haven't done it personally myself, so my experience on that is very limited.
