Danielnino00: It's 4/10 from me. We saw improvements in terms of team national team players welfare, although more could still be done. Influence on the local game was non significant as evidenced in our level of competitiveness in the CHAN and CAF club competitions. In terms of branding, he did very well. The deal with Nike in 2018 after several years with Adidas was a masterstroke especially when combined with the commercial success of the 2018 world cup kit. His astuteness in negotiating a 'much improved' deal in 2020 was better than any previous NFF administration had shown. Now the most critical factor for judging success or otherwise is the national teams fortunes on the pitch. Although things picked up in the early part of his tenure he will be leaving office with the team in a similar situation that he inherited. The decision to hold on to Gernot Rohr for as long as he did (about 6 years) when results and performances under him had turned for the worse at least 2 years earlier (see the away qualifier against Seychelles just after the 2018 world cup) was Pinnicks major undoing. The timing of the eventual sacking was also the sort of gamble that a seasoned football administrator would not have gone ahead with. That move can now be said to have lead to where we are now. No world cup football for the first time in 16 years and getting knocked out of AFCON before the last 8 for the first time in over 40 years. I think a fair score is 4/10. I'm sure Nike will score him lower, they expected a deeper run in the AFCON and a world cup showing as a minimum for their investment. |

It wouldn't hurt to try to take our chances on this boy, considering he hasn't been capped by Germany at any level, neither is he gonna be considered by the Germans any time soon even though he is already 23. Our CB positions need urgent attention, so we ought to weigh every options. Being a good friend of Moffi, I think Terem could play a big role in helping to sway him. Celtic fans say he is the true replacement of former Glasgow hitman, VVD. 9 Likes 2 Shares

Which is your top pick? Modified Even in Hungary, Esiti is not a regular. Regulars only please that churn stats Agboyi clubless since 2020 Luke Amos nor played since August. My bro only Bright Osayi is a reasonable candidate to monitor AndSunGorilla: |

Danielnino00: Easy 9/10, we have played almost all the top 20 teams in the world in the world in friendlies, our preparation for the world cup and Afcon for the men and women were immaculate, he made the SE attractive to FB players, his achilles heel was appointment of coaches but despite that he is the best NFF president we have ever had 3 Likes 1 Share |

ChrisKels:it won’t be bad having him in the mix I really want us to hv few new faces in our centre back positions. The trio that deserves to be in that team based on form current are just bassey, ajayi and akpoguma If Moritz and any of adarabioyo or uduokhai can switch to us it affords more options in that position for the head coach as well as quality competition. It won’t be bad having players doing it in bigger clubs and leagues in that position which will yield quality Hv not seen the lad play before but had a glimpse of his playing style on YouTube and he isn’t bad at all. He can play with both legs, good aerially, decent tackler and passer of the ball. He is just 23 so the chances to improve is there Imagine having centre back options as listed below Ajayi- Westbrom Basey- Ajax Akpoguma- hoffenheim Adarabioyo- Fulham Torunarigha- gent And maybe moritz/uduokhai- Celtic/Augsburg |

4.5 organization and kitting of the national teams improved under him. Unfortunately for him football is all about success so based on that his tenure was very poor. Our national teams from age grade to senior level didn't win much. Even the ever reliable Falcons experienced a deep. Most of the coaches he appointed let him down. League football is still so so. Financially the NFF attracted a lot of sponsorship under Pinnick, but my hand on my heart I can't say if everything was judiciously used. Danielnino00: 1 Like |

Danielnino00: OK thanks, Now let's look at your point raised, 1 is off as I stated it above, 2, He started it, It's was the outbreak of covid, not to mention his prolong fight with Giwa, Then you have Dalung, Along the line, how do you expect him to sustain the tempo, with a minister of sport who should had championed such things, against him 3, You can't blame him for going that part, Dalung refusing to release funds, and preparation needed to be made, you honestly can't 4. Afcon twice, I don't get it ooo, As for the worldcup, you me and everyone of us is responsible for us not qualifying, not Pinnick, Of we had not pulled his hand to sack Rohr, we won't be saying this 5. Those deals are in naira, and the players received their bodies in dollars, you do the maths Will come back to 3,5 and 6 later |

27 year old Dominic Iorfa in League 1. If he had chosen Nigeria back then it would have helped his career. We were in need of RBs at the time and he was a super regular in the Championship. 5 Likes 1 Share |

Say you prefer Jenz, because we can have them both. Ekpiteta won’t need a switch though. Jenz seems he would be satisfied with a couple international caps with Germany. Go figure what that means. charlesemeka85: |

Joebie:yes I know but my reason of preferring Jenz is because he is younger and the plan should be building towards having a strong team for the 2024 afcon and 2026 World Cup In the next 4 years the blackpool player will be 31 and may hv dropped to league 1 or 2 while Jenz will be just 27 Having few caps in the future with Germany won’t be bad but it doesn’t stop the football house and coach to hv a talk with him. Same way lookman, aina and others hoped to hv few caps for England |

National team is not club as regards selling players. You pick your best at every moment. Competition makes every player push to be better while playing for the country at every given time. Nobody knows what will happen in 4 years. charlesemeka85: |

Joebie:so because he harbors the ambition to play for Germany means he shouldn’t be bothered about playing for us? Balogun if offered a chance to play for the German national team wouldn’t hv blinked an eye in taking the offer. Same goes to lookman, aina, ekong, bassey etc If the coach sees him as one to rebuild with I see nothing wrong in reaching out to him 3 Likes |

Joebie:yes, moreover I never told you that the likes of ekong, omeruo and balogun should be discarded. For now they should still remain while the younger ones learn from them inorder to prepare for future engagements I am yet to see Jenz plays just few YouTube clips and he seem decent and looks like one with huge potentials but not the finished product yet Also I hv seen ekpiteta play for blackpool this season and will say he is just decent and not better than ajayi, omeruo, balogun and even ekong. Moreover he is already 27 3 Likes 1 Share |

Joebie:and the nff shouldnt work hard in convincing him to play for us if he is really what jpes wants? At 23 he is yet to be capped by the Germans, a good pal of lorient’s hit man moffi, and been offered the opportunity to have a good international platform to showcase his talent with one of Africa’s most successful teams, so what made you think he will turn us down? Even if he turns us down I see nothing wrong in reaching out to him again and who knows he may hv a change of heart much later and switch to us Lookman is a good example |
