In this writeup, I will list only five benefits of eating Kpomo as Federal government plans to ban the meat in order to rivive leather industry.

It is pertinent to note that reducing your consumption of calories will reduce your energy intake and also help you lose weight.

(2) Kpomo is helpful for strong bones and teeth : This is because
Kpomo contains calcium and phosphorus, which are essential minerals needed for the development of strong bones and teeth.

The only benefit ponmo have is it aids in excretion.

PONMO HAVE NO CELL, I.E IT DOESN'T CONTAIN ANY NUTRIENTS. SO THE ONLY GOOD THING AFTER FILLING YOUR STOMACH IS TO HELP YOU EXCRETE EASILY.
JUST LIKE MAIZE CHAFFS HELPS POULTRY BIRDS TO EXCRETE PROPERLY.

Advice... if you're a fan of consuming ponmo then try taking foods that are nutritious with it so balance your diet

Human beings are very very funny creatures
They will always find a way to justify anything that is stupid as long as they enjoy it
A weed smoker will tell you weed reduces cholesterol and helps immune system.
A drunkard will argue with you that beer helps cardiovascular system.
So im not suprised a Kpomo addict will say kpomo reduces cholesterol?? grin

Very soon they will say Kpomo cures cancer.

Even if skin has nutrients, such nutrient will be depleted once the animal is dead and slaughtered.
Nutrients are stored inside the muscle tissues of animals not in skin.
Skin is just basically layers of dead cells piled up that act as protective cover.
That is why most animals Shed their skin off
it's just dead cells that harden up and form protective layer until they are shed off.

That is why people eat meat
Because when a cow eats grass, that grass contains elements from the soil like Phosphorus,nitrogen and more.
The grass is digested in stomach, and nutrients are transported to muscle tissues and fat tissues where it is stored.
Meat is a muscle tissue. That is where nutrients are stored. Not in the skin

Humans will find a way to justify the stupid things they love doing..

If FG want to see strikes all over Nigeria especially southern part of Nigeria, make them ban Kpomo shocked

I have never protested since 1993, I will just this protest.

Kpomo made you feel the taste of meat as meats are too expensive now.
Before I can buy 2 big brown Kmopo for #50 with them even begging me to buy it but now, I’m the one begging them to sell for me at #200 per Kmopo angry
