Trading na great humbler of people. The one wey come humble me for crypto na when i been talk say BTC go drop from 19k level on 7th September and the thing come rise reach 22.4k. Before then, na 8 percent i dey use trade, i been dey feel say i dey almost impossible for me to lose a trade on BTC sef. The overconfidence was legendary - after I lost that trade and all my previous scalping profits. I became humble by force and started using 2 percent for my trades on BTC . After I did that, omo, new wisdom just dey download enter my head about my mistakes. It happens to every trader and even hedge fund manager. Ray Dalio's own was so bad that he relocated to live with his parents for some years before he bounced back to become a billionaire.
If you can reduce your risk per trade to 1 or 2 percent and you already have some decent level of skill- you'll be surprised at the difference not being afraid to lose can have on the way you trade. Also, writing down every entry and why you are taking it helps a whole lot.

So true, crypto market is more volatile, but still...after years of studying the charts, I realised there are little differences.
How did I learn how to trade?
Mostly by spending hours watching the chart pattern, and most especially...the candlesticks.
Again, you need balls of steel to navigate the volatility.
