If anyone here may qualify for express entry please look into it and pursue the express entry pathway.

I'm in the pool. Been there since 2020. My CRS is 468 and the current cut off is high.

I remember you from an express entry thread. Your moniker is not one to miss. You advised I remark my IELTS then to clinch maximum points. cheesy

I just want to be proactive instead of waiting and hoping. That's why I'm trying school option. Time is going and age is counting.

Because of the unending e’s in my username lol grin grin
It’s better to be proactive and explore other routes especially when PNP isn’t an option either. God help us!

Interesting. I think I'd just have to defer the admission to May. Thanks for your input. Also, what is the validity of the medicals?
Validity of medicals is for only one year therefore if your application is still in process in the next one year you will have to submit a new medical report.

Good evening guys,
I just got my deferral letter from my school. I will be starting next year September. Should I inform IRCC of the new LOA or I wait till outcome of my visa application.

Thanks

Please who has an idea if IRCC contacts sponsors asking them if they’re aware their bank account statements are being used?

Hello Nazkid1

Yes, IRCC contacts sponsors, but in rare occasions..

I do not think its still their practice though, the last time I came across IRCC contacting Sponsors was in part 18 or so..

But I will advise you don't leave any stone unturn, cos IRCC are never predictable..

Peace

Hello Chymallchamps

If IRCC needs an updated LOA, then they will request for it.

So I will advise you wait cos you now have alot of time on your side, but once you get your PPR, do well to send them a copy of your updated LOA.

Peace

God bless you my friends said they didn’t contact his sponsor. They recently started reviewing my eligibility that’s why I’m concerned

Hello Angel

You cant apply to a different school while your application is still on.

And if your application is approved and you still wanna change school, you must apply for another study permit application..

Find below the link to educate yourself more..

Good evening everyone
It’s me again
Like I said earlier my admission got revoked but I’m sure I’ll get a positive reply from IRCC by Gods grace, someone advised I apply to a different school and send the new admission letter to ircc. Should I go with that

Hello Balloo

You do not need to close your Express entry profile before you can apply for a study permit application.

Having 2 intents (1 for temporary residence and 1 for permanent residence) is legitimate

Be guided..

Peace
Balloo:
Hi, do I need to close my express entry profile in order to apply for a study permit? How can I view available biometric appointment dates ahead of making an application for study permit?

Thanks in advance.

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by Gilb231: 12:11am On Sep 28, 2022
June 13th Applicant

Eligibility started since 10th August maybe before then.

I have started online classes and even wrote my first exam last week.

I’m a second time applicant so my medicals were still valid at the time of submission so I didn’t submit medicals.

Any other person in my shoes ? What could be the delay. It’s taking over a month to decide whether I meet requirements to be allowed enter to Canada. It’s really exhausting.

If you see my SOP, you will see how i addressed all these. Being a director in my company and my course “Criminology” is to further studies on same Job i currently hold a position as the “Security Director” and will be one of the heads upon return. Everything was written and addressed with documents to back it up from the Admins office. My dear, i can only say i did my best. The only thing i didn’t do was to attach my head and DNA

DID YOU SUBMIT A FAKE BANK STATEMENT?

DID YOU GET PROCEDURAL FAIRNESS LETTER?

SOME MONTHS BACK YOU ASKED ON THE THREAD HOW TO TACKLE PFL

Hello
Please I want to know how a person can show relationship with their sponsor (3rd party)
Kindly note; there’s no evidence of previous assistance or old pictures
Is there any other alternatives to prove relationship

She edited her response. Go and read the response I quoted. She ended telling me "Feel free to tell me the reason for my refusal… i am waiting."

What was that suppose to mean?

With the ending she has added, it's not as bad as it was when I read the first one.

@Bpositive, you are a wise man who can see through the lines and not driven by emotions

I like people who talk less (type less) yet full of wisdom not noise makers without content.

Be positive, many thanks

I know she’s happy and that’s Okay too.
At least someone understands me. It’s not easy to talk about this.. this is the reason people die of depression in this country because Nigerians feel they are entitled to your best moods anytime they need you to relate. Notes I ordered August is yet to arrive. I have not even placed another one based on this refusal.
I mentioned my home ties and it’s a problem to her. She’s too quick to talk about attitude but hers isn’t any better… she should rejoice and mock my refusal… i am waiting to congratulate her.

Charitojames, you are playing with people's emotions and someone like me can never fall for it.

You are too loud and your attitude is zero

Truth is, your refusal did not come as a surprise to intelligent people here. And I laugh most times when some people refer to you here as a guru lol.

You can deceive as many you wish to but you yourself know the truth

And for those that their faith is shaking because of your refusal, they will be alright lol

IRCC don give me breakfast this morning
Reasons:
• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application.
• Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel for yourself (and any accompanying family member(s), if applicable).
• I am not satisfied that you have truthfully answered all questions asked of you.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by paragraph R216(1)(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/sor-2002-227/ section-216.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will leave Canada, based on the following factors:
