I think you should wait until it has been processed and despatched from IRCC. That is when the counterfoil will be generated.

The decision envelope for your application, tracking ID No... has been dispatched from the IRCC Office, to the Canada Visa Application Centre in CVO.

DHL express also messaged me today, sept 9 that my shipment is on its way, that I should expect another message.

My gckey was also updated

I sent mine to nairobi.

Others that sent theirs to Nairobi can also tell us how long theirs took in order to know which is faster

It took 24 days which is quite unusual. Accra vfs usually takes 16days or less. Kenya is less than 10 days.
