Governors Samuel Ortom of Benue State; Seyi Makinde of Oyo State; Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu State; Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia State, all believed to be loyal to Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike, including Wike, on Wednesday, boycotted the inauguration of the Peoples Democratic Party Presidential Campaign Council and book launch in honour of the PDP presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar.

Also absent from the event was the National Chairman of the PDP who, according to the Deputy National Chairman (North), Umar Damagum, was absent as a result of ill-health.

Other PDP governors believed to be loyal to the party’s presidential candidate were, however, in attendance.

They include: Governors Bala Mohammed of Bauchi State; Diri Duoye of Bayelsa State; Godwin Obaseki of Edo State; Ahmadu Fintiri of Adamawa State; Darius Ishaku of Taraba State; Udom Emmanuel of Akwa Ibom State; and Aminu Tambuwal of Sokoto State.

The Delta State governor and running mate to Atiku, Ifeanyi Okowa, was also present at the event.

It is funny how most people in Nigeria view issues of politics.

Yesterday, i was reading a news, a rumour actually about Boss-mustapha supposedly going to start working with Atiku because of muslim-muslim ticket. I laughed.

Only God knows how the word 'Unifier' manages to always sneak into Atiku's supporters mouth when talking of him. That man atiku is the least unifying person i know in this world. Man has enemies, here and there, home and abroad, inside and outside.. Even he himself is an enemy of himself.

Dont know if it is his entitlement mentality that is the causes, or maybe he always feels relax about the power of his dollars which can control anyone and make them bend hereby ignoring good human relation rapour .... One thing i know is that, if he becomes the president of this country by mistake...

Man will spend is entire 4years in government marred by political uprising, commotion and gross instigation, fighting his own party people rather than piloting the affair of this country.
