Gentlelife50:Boss I've come to agree with the factors fighting us are much. It is not as if Americans are good at maintaining cars than us. For them once you car have check engine light on, no inspection. The inspection they ask us to do here? Is wahala. Good car, bad and flooded road will obviously damage it. A friend told me he have never been in 20 mins traffic even since in tmove to the state. You know the story here. |

Jones90:If he's your sponsor and that's what he wants to buy for you tell him to buy it o. Not everyone has the opportunity to get sponsors this days. As long as you don't mind paying up in three years at least. Except you can convince him to buy you a Civic or big daddy. Plus, the resale value is very high so even after three years, you can still get a good deal on it which you can add to buy a car of your choice |

SamuelTaiw0:You made a very vital point bro. Thanks for being so helpful. I will try to talk to him again about civic. I don't really know anything about big daddy. I've not use it or have someone that use it. So i don't know how smooth it is |

tojahh:Bro this is the kind of information people pay for. If we finally settle for the corolla, i will follow this your advice. Thanks a lot. I do appreciate |

tojahh:Don't forget he is going to be paying 5m for 1car in 3yrs. Imagine if it's a car of 3m in 2years and the balance 2m is saved to buy another car. It will mean in 3years he will have about 4cars. Even though I am an advocate of HP, I will not support payment of 5m for a Corolla. If na Muscle or Lexus I can still consider |

Jones90:Do u have down payment? Can u drive for 3yrs for someone? My advise is tell d person to buy any other car not more than 2.5m |
| Re: If You Are Uber Partner In Lagos, Please Share Your Experience Here by SamuelTaiw0(m): 6:26pm On Sep 28, 2022 |
Jones90:Big daddy is a good car for Uber too o. Some people here use it for the biz. Even though, it has a bigger engine, the difference in cost of fueling and maintenance is negligible when compared to Corolla. But mind you, Corolla is still the best car for ehailing. The fact that it can be easily vandalized or stolen is one of the reasons I don't like it. Anyways good luck to you and if your sponsor can sponsor me too, I don't mind o. ![]() |

I was at onipanu when this girl ordered a ride from Yaba, on Indriver.. Got there before the time elapsed. Called her 7 times she didn't pick. There was also no place to park at the PU. I moved to the other side to find a place to park. Called her again, she didn't pick. I tried to cancel but Indriver said I've moved from PU. I just left it like that and started using bolt. Its bn like that since afternoon.

Jones90:5 million,?? why are you doing this to yourself? Don't damage the goodwill you have. Look for rental.... |

Barbiturate:She has canceled from her end. That's one bad side of indriver. Once you've clicked on the arrived button, You won't be notified if the rider cancels the ride. |
| Re: If You Are Uber Partner In Lagos, Please Share Your Experience Here by northbird: 7:00pm On Sep 28, 2022 |
Barbiturate:Cancel n forfeit your commission, indriver has 2 pages, one for rider, one for the driver, the rider in question has canceled since.. But it won't change your own page... or take you back to the request page. |

Barbiturate:This kind thing dey pain. This morning I experienced something like that. Kept calling to get access code, the stupid girl no answer. Kept me unnecessarily waiting and ajah-lekki traffic was building up. Just that I have told myself, I need not insult people again. If not I would have bombed her with curses. I just cancelled and moved on. Last week another idiot boy, booked and I told him I was on my way. On getting to his nonsense tight ( u can't even make a u-turn in the smelly estate) PU, I kept calling and this boy was busy on another call. After many attempts, he picked his call and told me 'i have went away with another car'. I knew he was lying but the English slapped me dawai. I replied: you have gone with another car, why are u arrogant and u couldn't notify me? Next thing.... I cancelled. Soon, I will break my promise and start educating them with insults. That's the only language dey understand. Omo 2 girls wey I carry yesterday na psychos .They kept gisting for 2hrs from dating married men, not associating with broke guys, to sex to weed. And they were laughing sheepishly. Our girls don cast. |

Jones90:Bad deal, you will fail to meet up payment for the car, and he end up Taking his car back. Look for a Honda City 2005-10 if you are lucky and get a company used unabused ask him to buy it. You may not have to pay more than 3m the car is not overpriced like corolla. |

pope191:What I did the last time I tried indriver was to start the trip. Afterall the commission will still go if I cancel. But the rider can't book another ride till the ride is over. Make she dey her house, I go use Bolt follow up

tojahh:The reason why he came here is to be guided on his decision. Should we then ignore him and allow him enter into a trap that he will soon regret? |
| Re: If You Are Uber Partner In Lagos, Please Share Your Experience Here by SamuelTaiw0(m): 9:03pm On Sep 28, 2022 |
stephenponti:You're right bro, but the way things are, the sponsor does not look like someone that will bend and it's really difficult to convince sponsors, na their money and they don't want to loose it. As long as he's ready to work for 3 yrs, I'll advise him to go ahead o, worst case scenario even if he looses the car at last (which I see no reason why he should except he's reckless or not the saving type) as long he has been able to save enough money say over a period of 12 months to 24 months, he would not have lost totally. Getting sponsor no be play o! Na person wey get money dey do shakara. |
