No. Your booklet will bear a new passport number.

The expired number will be included in the data page under the heading Previous Passport Number

Nothing really much. Just get there and write down your name. You will be ask to go inside the hall to wait till you hear your name. If you hear your name, that means it's time for documentation, make sure you go with original documents because you will need it for confirmation. After documentation and confirmation, you queue for capturing

Time doesn't matter. Try get there as soon as you can so you can leave on time. I choosed 2pm but I decided to go in the morning and I wasn't ask why did I come in the morning. Time didn't count to them, what matters to them is the date
