The Payoneer USD to NGN rate is very poor at #407/$. Also, the difficulty of opening accounts on other platforms is something you really shouldn't worry about. Even with a Dorm Account, the fees are so high and sometimes you can't account for all the money you sent to your Dorm Account from your Payoneer Account.
