A Chelsea-for-life fan having a wolves (your next EPL opponent) Jersey with "Folake" printed on it. What sort of "die-hard" fan are you? And careful now... Lots of Man Utd soldiers in here. No let them vent their frustration on you abeg. And yeah, Magy and You in one corner is gonna be lit. Anyway, let's call it an evening here, shall we? Coz I get the feeling some folks are already low-key screaming... "Get a room already, you two". Hopefully we see more of you here from time to time. And this time, you bring Magy along. folake4u: 2 Likes |

We have some of the best midfielders in Africa, the problem is that we have many in-form forwards as well unfortunately, the coach can't select more than 22-25 players. The midfielders are the sacrificial lambs for the forwards. Philosopher1979: |

fabyom: No i disagree. We have some of the best forwards in Africa. Our midfield is mediocre. In fact any good player in a half decent league likevthe greek or scotish league can make our team in midfield. We badly need natural midfielders. Our wingers snd strikers are overloaded. We can even afford ti dash some of our forwards to other countries. See if chuba akpom was a midfielder he will have a chance. The problem is that wr are so carried away with the forwards we have that we forget we need midfielders to support them. 1 Like |

Amedino99: So also, did Ivan, Tomori, Carvalho, Elliott, Watkins, Tega, Eze, Olise, Ssegnon, etc, etc come direct from the Championship. The Championship must have astounding quality look at how many players have gone from the Championship to become too players in the top five League in Europe. Anguissa from Fulham to Napoli, Jude Billingham from Birmingham to Borussia ( arguably best young midfielder in the world) Arnaut Danjuma from Bournemouth to Villa Real to name just a few. 1 Like |

komekn: Anguissa was EPL, he also played for Villareal on loan and did well. Tomori was an EPL player. Elliott and Carvalho were astounding youth team players with whom it was only a matter of time, you will find those anywhere. All the players you have mentioned had some top level experience but were playing in the championship due to circumstance and/or choice. |
