Dem fit say na you do the rating for the game before you know wassup.
No loud am too much

There is even another stats app who rated Nwakali slightly higher in same game. I just decided not to post it here. Let them make do with the more popular sofascore. Lol

And yes, they won't be wrong. I am on the board of the Sofascore Stats team. Infact, Sofascore also uses opta stats references too although both differ on criteria for certain stats. And guess what... I and the Opta director have dinner every weekend. grin grin So My Good man, Kenny, they won't be wrong.

Hot Takes: David Okereke, Penalty Magnet

David Okereke was involved in getting two penalties yesterday in Serie A.

He won one. And he gave away one.

Game ended 1-1. Both goals scored from the penalties won and then conceded by him. No Okereke, No Goals.

A massive Influence he had on yesterday's game. grin grin

A masterclass midfield showing for the ages. We lost that game yet Mikel shown brightest in that game in 2013.

Never since then have we seen a Naija midfielder dominate a game to such high magnitude against top opposition.

The next 2 Naija Midfielders to repeat something close BUT not exactly to the height of that display against top opposition were none other than Mikel Obi AGAIN himself vs Cameroun in Uyo in 2017 and ofcos Oghenekaro Peter Etebo at the 2018 WC vs Croatia (bar his own goal).
.

How about Onazi against France?

So na strangulation beta? Na with permission for my suggestion now, damn make I go order detergent to clean my mind.

Meanwhile if Haaland no score 50 goals, make inwetin happen. City shouldn't have been allowed to buy him.

Eguavoen wanted to try it based on Ejuke skill but failed.Ejuke is a winger and based on his age it would be difficult changing him or what do you think.

I think time to get good midfielder to complement what we already have and I would limit the searching to division one and two but the most annoying now is our goalkeepers.

Yes it's possible but on Nwakili one can only have disputed argument if one watched him against Alaves.I read some comments here on Iwobi performance this season and was skeptical like why always having a good match and Everton as a team damn below average but nomination as player of the month proved me wrong.

As you said losing with wide match and having wonderful match might looks somehow but some players do stand out despite on the losing side,so.possibly Nwakili had a good game.

I will not deceive you till date I don't believe Jayjay had a good match against Denmark but to some he was the best, also against Italy I rate him average cos I remember a scene where Yekini and Finidi expressing their displeasure cos all Jayjay need to do was a through pass to Yekini but to some he had a good game.

I still give it to Mikel against Spain, good displayed with very average eagles.
Mikel was absolutely dominant against a Spanish midfield consisting of Xavi and Iniesta. Mikel's performance was like that of Zidane against Brazil at 2006 WC.

Victor Osimhen won't make his return from injury vs Ajax in the UCL tomorrow. He wasn't named in the squad.

It looks like we should look forward to the weekend or to the Ajax return next week. Time will tell.

There are times to be funny but this is not one of those times.

That pic is him jogging first time on his return from injury picked up vs Liverpool. So have some sense of timing.

Everything must not be an opportunity to banter.

Besides... Osimhen scores against Deep Defensive Blocks in Italy. Is it the Defensive third wide gaps, Midblocks and High lines in England he won't get Joy against? grin

Anthony martial played well and his team lost to manu.
Okocha pkayed well sgainst Denmark in france 98 and we lost 4 1.
It is logical if you play well and your team looses.football is a team game.
A midfielder can create 5 clear cut chances of which only one is converted and gisbteam couldbloose 3 1.
Football is a team gane. Tgis toit ligic is flawed

I actually disagree with regards to the bold.

Playing well is intrinsically linked to the result, you can't hide from it.

When you get flogged 6-3 you can't have played by very well, otherwise you wouldn't have lost the game, it's simple.

My response was in regards to the infantile exaggeration made with regards to Nwakali. It was stated he had " played wonderfully" but somehow his team lost 3-1 but he was exceptional.

That's a load of balderdash and codswallop.

Have folks ever wondered why Osimhen always shine against EPL teams in Europe?

Osimhen's pace and power against English teams' High-line and midblock defences? Dem go suffer.

Better pray him and Mbappe don't land in England as things are just yet. Haaland alone is already too much trouble. Haaland is a goals machine. Takes the least touches, makes the movements and turns them into goals.

Haaland alone is turning the EPL into the farmers' league.

But those Two alongside Haaland will turn it into the "Marshlands" league. grin grin

On twitter, I said... there are 3 players who will burn up the EPL.

One is already in it. 2 are outside it for now.

If all 3 play in it... The English Media would be so overfed with headlines unending coz all 3 would rape the league just as one of the 3 is already doing.

Pray my EPL people, Pray. Better pray! grin

This your talk not follow...

No one enjoys being injured. Sadly, it's part of the beautiful game.

Also, he's not competing with Haaland. Victor is doing well for himself.
