Tinubuwins2023e: USA is the only country with more than 60 military bases around the world. Kilode? If she hears that another country, especially, those that are not her allies want to have just one military base, she begins to bark and disturn the entire world and drag her allies to fight or blackmail the country. USA remains the only country to use nuclear weapons twice. USA has nuclear weapons in thousand but gets angry and begin to sanction other country that wants to have same. Aside the very stubborn ones that went ahead to have nuclear weapon, USA will always drag her allies to sanction any country that tries to have nuclear weapon. I am of the opinion that all countries should destroy their nuclear weapons including USA. USA invades countries with her allies and no one sanctions them. Russia asked for a simple stuff. Pls, dont bring NATO to our borders. USA, very greedy USA refused. Well, the entire world will pay the price becus Russia is not Libya. Hmm. This is just media propaganda as usual. Russia will not use nukes in this war as long as the homeland is not threatened. The stakes are just too high. 2ndly, to those who say "small ukraine", it is actually the second largest country in europe by land mass. Only European Russia is larger. It is also the 8th largest populationwise and heavily urbanized. To those who say NATO/US will nuke Russia, if Russia utilize tactical nukes in Ukraine, that might be a tall order when they know fully well that Russia will in turn glassify a few hundred NATO cities. Will US risk New York for Kyiv, or UK risk London for Kherson? Yes, Russia will totally be desolated in a nuclear war, but so will NATO countries. Lastly, we all should pray for peace. A NATO/Russian nuclear war will affect Africa and Nigeria. Imagine more than 70% of the world agricultural produce gone, over 80% of industrial products(almost none of which are produceable in africa). There will be widespread famine, startvation, breakdown of law and order. In case y'll forget, We import almost every damn thing. Yes, we might not be nuked but we definitely will feel the impact. Before America could get to Japanese shore, they have defeated Japanese Imperial Navy, they finished off their four aircraft careers at the Battle of midway and took full naval control of the pacific ocean. They have dislodged Japan from Philippines. They took over all Japanese Islands, Ìwọ Jima and the rest. They have closed in on Japan, were right at its borders but consider the cost of engaging a fanatical army ready to fight and die to the last man at home. The human cost in terms of American soldiers lives was considered too ernomous, then the decision was made to use nuke to end the war quickly. So please be educated and stop uttering ignorance. You can read about the Pacific war to learn more. To further educate you, at the time America used nuclear weapon, only the Americans have the nuclear capability. Since 50s more countries now posses it and you hear of terms like Mutual Destructive Assurance (MAD) and Nuclear Deterrence. What it means is that the reason nations desire to have nuclear capability is to deter the other nuclear nation from using it on them, knowing that when nuclear war is initiated everybody will be destroyed. If you attack me with one, I attack you back. And in other to make this easy, countries keep it on land and in the sea. A treaty was signed by nuclear nations to prohibit people keeping nuclear arsenal in space, else there would have been stockpiles in space by now. Russia knows this theory of mutual destruction too well to start a nuclear war. Please note that modern nuclear weapons are over 1000 more power than bombs dropped on Japan. While the destructive power of those ones used on Japan are in kilotons, modern bombs are hydrogen nuclear fusion bombs with power in megatons. Not even Putin will be foolish enough to start a nuclear war that will kill also him. People like him too dey enjoy life to want to die. Goddson: This is a joke right? In one year, Putin not only trashed the Russian economy but showed everyone they overvalued Russia's military. He has set back Russia for decades. Russia, has depleted it's Military personal and weaponry just fighting Ukraine. Look at the weapons they are using now and the rusted out rifles they are giving their newly called up soldiers. The West has sanctioned them, so they can't buy the materials they need to make new weapons and so they can't make new weapons. So, they are digging out Cold War error tanks and weapons to use. At the beginning of the war, Ukraine was making Molotov cocktails to defend itself and beat back Russia. So, you're arguing that Russia with now a depleted Military, who couldn't beat Ukraine initially without a lot of US weapons, who couldn't beat Ukraine since gifted with 2nd tier US weapons, no NAVY and small airforce, could beat US's TIER 1 AIRFOCE, NAVY and ARMY. Reality is calling. Listen, The US spends ~800 Billion dollars a year on it's Military. Russia's whole Economy is about ~1.5 Trillion. Let that sink in, the US spends roughly half of the Russian economy on WEAPONS and TROOPS. The only threat Russia has is it's Nuclear Weapons. And honestly, the second they used one on the US(it will devastate parts of the US), but Russia will be wiped off the map. 3 Likes |
