You mean the same man who has made Lagos indebted to the tune of almost 800bn Naira (in domestic debts alone) despite the state generating nearly 50bn Naira per month?

You're deliberately blind to the extent to which Tinubu has stolen Lagos silly. This is a man whose company pockets over 4bn of Lagos revenue monthly. That's more than the monthly IGR of many states in Nigeria.
