No court will justify ASUU. What it is doing now is just a waste of time and resource. If they are not satisfied they should resign. They have taken the matter too far. If what they are asking is easy to be done the past administrations that value education would have granted them their request.

First do you know the exact demands from ASUU?

Secondly show me the past administration in Nigeria that has placed real value on education since 1999.

Facts and figures, no guess work

ASUU should just open schools for 2 days and declare another strike.. simple. Nobody will accuse them of any breach or contempt of the law

I laugh in Swahili
Once their appeal is granted, they can't go on strike again as long as their case with FG is still in court
So this your 2 days tactics is a load of horse shit grin

If only we had a govt that valued education, all these mess would have being settled a long time ago.
I pray that God gives those involved, the wisdom to settle this amicably, because the education of our youths matters.

They should go back to work. Executive Judicialry and Legislature are part of same government You can't fight government and win.
Besides, government have given you a 23% increase in salary which is huge but you want to be paid for not working so tommorw you go to strike at no cost.

Nobody can be said to be fighting for something thT won't cost him or her anything. If thier motive is to fight for development of the education sector, they should bring something to the table and pay some sacrifice. The student have already done that by loosing 7 months of thier lifetime.

Going on s strike close to election shows the manipulative intent of ASSUU

When pride comes first failure follows. ASUU left her members' welfare and is forcing federal government to use a criminal payment platform they created by themselves. I am totally against this from day one.

Either you didn't go to school or your education is a waste. FG has not been sincere from time immemorial. ASUU demands can be meet in a sane country. If ASUU was INEC or National Assembly, there demands would have been even if it means borrowing. The country has been mismanaged and you all blame it on ASUU.

The same ASUU that has been striking for the past 41 years?

You think it has anything to do with the party in charge or whatever?

You don't need to use abusive words. If what ASUU is asking for is easy to give I want to believe that past administrations would have done it. As it stands today, the supreme court will also tell ASUU to go back to szchool.

.

This Buhari's APC government places minimum priority on Education. That's why they are toying with the future of our kids.
&none of our leader's kids is in our public universities.

Did the PDP Government that reached the agreement with them in 2009 without implementing same put high priority on Education even though they had more oil revenue?

The truth is, without holding brief for Buhari's Govt, the reality is only parts of their demands could be immediately met..but this ASUU has proven to be playing politics with the Strike and I am glad they being dealt with according to the rule of law. They will soon become irrelevant.
