I know about the Tsar Bomba being dangerous to use. Infact,if it were to be detonated,it would be a 50/50 chance for the detonator. About the US and allies having more, I will agree to a point with the fact that the US' allies are more than that of Russia but the ruthlessness of Russia's allies is the point here. I know China at a point is still finding a way to pay Japan back for what happened in Nanjing in 1937 and the WW2 while NK has an obvious hate for the West.
