If obi were to give us 2k like apc and pdp are doing and compelling people to join rally or they lose their job, he'd be broke by now.

We see monies being shared by the pdp and apc and if that's what you understand by structure, you'd be disappointed next year cos, its an old style. We the voters have got them.
