Do I need to justify a deposit of $CAD 2000-3000 in my EE POF post ITA?
How does one justify funds from an online unregistered business(dropshipping)?

Hello House,

A question on POF please. We have some funds (about the required POF) saved up in crypo wallets and foreign stocks but my husband will never agree to liquidate them because they are more of long-term positions and he wouldn’t want us to sell while the market is down.

On the other hand, he’s resuming a new job next week and the new job is giving him an upfront amount (which exceeds POF) as car benefit. The car benefit is part of his annual compensation but spread over 3 years. Our plan was to use this money and put it in a local fixed deposit account. My fear is that it may raise red flags since the FD account is an account we haven’t used in years. For context, we stopped investing in Naira due to the currency volatility. So my question is: what’s the best way to present this inflow without raising issues on my application? (I’m the primary applicant)

I’m also expecting 4,250 ITAs to be issued and then maxed at that level. Fingers crossed that I get an ITA today.

Does IRCC log profile updates before ITA? They’ve said they don’t save profile information hence the need to re-enter from scratch after the profile expires. However I saw a YouTube video that said all the updates you make are logged

Infact it's terrible. It seems provinces completed pnp applications and many individuals claimed their 600 pts

If the updated scores are higher, I’d accept it. I mean either way his current scores were good enough to get ITA, unless it’s like almost expired, that sort of situation. I’d accept it jejely.

Thank you, I’ll read about that. I’m a bit skeptical about sending money to a relative to send back to us but I’ll look into it.

No need to update it since the end goal for the update is an ITA and he has gotten said ITA without the update. He should just accept it. With the current trends and upcoming changes by November, I wouldn’t risk it. There’s a possibility that IRCC may pause EE draws to sync up NOC codes so your friend should not waste time.

Still glad that the number of draws increased to 4,250. I have a feeling that a small reduction like this would be followed by a big reduction. Maybe we’ll get a draw of early 490s by the next draw.

Based on what I noticed from my GCMS notes, once you get ITA, the data gets automatically saved in GCMS...... see link and screenshot......including all edits you made pre ITA........#MyExperience

It's not a big deal, just an audit trail. And IRCC tells you to update any errors post ITA anyway when you submit your eAPR.....you'll be fine provided the correction does not drop you below the CRS of your draw.

No need to decline ITA unless the correction brings his CRS below the draw cut off. He could include an LOE if he is having sleepless nights. He must ensure his IELTS has NOT expired by the time he submits his eAPR though. Only age is locked in at ITA.

Hi everyone,
Glad to receive an ITA today with 538points.
Please how can I do proof of funds for an online unregistered business?(Granted I can show customer payment history).
Also is a deposit of $CAD2000 post ITA big enough to need supporting documents?

Okay. Cos me I also made NOC changes after plenty deliberation between job titles and duties. I’ve added an additional work experience after reaching out and getting confirmation of being able to collect reference letter from the company. And I’ve also adjusted and re-adjusted the start dates for my current job as I was rounding up my masters at the same time and didn’t want to have to explain . But I kuku left it there in the end, either way. Was concerned the VO would be wondering what’s wrong with me and why so many changes

Be careful though, make sure the changes keep you eligible and when changing NOC, make sure you have not deleted the full details of your primary NOC (dates, title, company name etc)...this guy change am so tey..... he forgot to edit properly and rejection was his case: https://decisions.fct-cf.gc.ca/fc-cf/decisions/en/item/512600/index.do?q=permanent+residence+federal+skilled+worker

Page 1 is your plug. FAQ 27 speaks to this.

Yes, it keeps me eligible. I’ve basically changed to the right NOC cos I read on Nairaland how someone was refused based on the exact same confusion I had on job titles and job roles. However Thank you so much for this link, I’ll definitely check out page 1
