Hmmm, you divided all the total numbers of onions bought by the selling price to get the unit price. You can’t just buy one onion in d market bro.

Let me teach you and everyone else reading this a trick.

When you go to the market to buy onions, don't buy it like that instead go to the market and locate the bulk onion sellers, tell them you want to buy counting onions, it's usually measured by 40 pieces and prices varies on size.

That onion you are holding is sold for 500 or 600 per 40 pieces depending on location.

Those very big ones are sold 1500 for 40 pieces, meanwhile the people who sell it at home sell for 150 or 200 a piece.

Also those selling in bulk will also sell it for you just the way you are holding if you dull yourself.
Don't ask them to sell you 200 onions, instead ask for counting.

Good luck.

It's even cheap in sagbama. In yenagoa it's #200. Bayelsians are suffering badly, no fuel, no light, flood everywhere, double the amount of transportfare, increase in food prices. Nigeria is a shit hole.
