HELLO HOUSE

I WILL LIKE TO KNOW IF THIS SITUATION WILL BE TERMED SELF FUNDED OR SPONSORED??

LUMP SUM HAS BEEN IN MY ACCOUNT BEFORE SIX MONTHS, MEANING THAT IF I PRINT OUT MY 6 MONTHS STATEMENT THE LUMP SUM WILL NOT REFLECT ON THE SOA AS A DEPOSIT.

IS IT OKAY TO CONSIDER THIS HAS SELF SPONSORED?

To add to what Thomsyne said, there are other factors to consider. For example, if you've been working for only 1 year and you have a lump sum of 100s of millions, it may not seem practical to claim that it's your savings from employment.

If you don't mind, where did you get the lump sum from? You may find it easier to just be honest about it.

IRCC may also consider your monthly income, etc.

I need your advice please. I have a personal building I want to use to show home ties. Can I just mention it in my SOP and also attach pictures of the building?
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by olokings(m): 7:15pm On Oct 16, 2022
Lets just shoot straight.

To the OP.....

Funding your account with the amount to comformtable meet cost requirements for your studies and living expenses (whether it is for the whole duration or just year 1 of your program) and leaving it for 6+ months before you apply for your visa would not in any way exempt you from explaining the lump sums in your account if there is no correlation between you demonstrable income and said significant amount / bank balance in your account.

Everything has to speak for and tie to each other, even if you ended printing just six (6) months account statements which wont show the huge deposits made. The VO case analysts know all the tactics and it will take good effort to out-think them and win in this hustle.

My educational gap is 6 years. Yes I’m working presently but not related to architecture. I’m done learning html and css. Will be learning JavaScript soon. The thing is this, I’m no longer interested in architecture. I want to switch to tech. So based on this, I don’t know if I apply to any tech course in Canada, if I stand a chance of getting admission.

In that case, you will have to first convince the school you are qualified for the tech course and subsequently draft a solid SOP that will convince the VO why you are pivoting to a new career. It is doable but it involves a lot of work.

Every passport page has its passport number but the previous passport number will only appear on the data page
Betterlife30:

The way they are doing it now, your old passport number will still be on the new passport. Only say what you are sure of.

Yes, the note takes more than a month.
10M as POF for a one year program after paying tuition should have been enough.
You said "Her acct was funded with >10M before she applied"
Did you explain the source of funds (Gift deed, payslips etc) ?

I think these are the points where we had issues, and crazy enough , she used an agent that was well paid. Though we put it that she was sponsored by her spouse but I'm very sure the agent never requested for her spouse slips and all.. It really sucks..

By the way , can she reapply without getting the gcms notes ?

She's planning to reapply with the whole family on her own with a help of a family friend that his own application that he did himself was approved..

So you are saying there is no need to inform them of the new LOA.

You can certainly send them the LOA via webform to update your records. It doesn't hurt your profile.

Your best bet should be "PGC in Health Care Administration Program"... Its a logical progressive step for you and served a career progression.

So on point.. Heffalump, you have spoken well.

The person that even started all this rubbish of Fake PPR or no PPR is nowhere to be found again, he just came here to cause wild distraction and chaos and those that don't know anything are following him blindly..
Fine, these knowledgeable people (gurus) on this thread may be charging applicants that come to them for their Visa application, but if you carefully read their posts you will know that these people are selfless and very knowledgeable when it comes to this Canada study application, and they have never for once advertised themselves through their posts, it is their wealth of experience that attracts applicants to their DM..

Once again Frankrobbn1, Makano, Justmellow and Lekiboboe, na Men una be abeg, Our able GURUS

I appreciate your kind gesture. Thank you for standing true and correct. All the best.

Thank you for your response

So having said that,

The funds was from my mums property sale but I just needed to be sure if I should add some of her sale documents and if yes, what exact documents to add??

Another question is , even if I want to explain the lump sum with her documents (e.g deed of sold property and receipt issued to the buyer) as well as backing it up with a gift deed to show that she gifted me,
Considering that the the property was sold NOT within the date on my bank statement… WILL it still be considered self funded application since the fund was already a gift to me ahead of time?
