You guys should try and travel out and see quality roads . The roads that are even paved are not thick enough with asphalt and uneven grade. No drainage system. FG, State and Local roads are terrible and a shame.

You must also build it close to amenities and where people can get access to amenities - transportation system, Schools, Markets and work. There are about 50% of edifaces you call houses that should be pulled down. You want to also avoid ghettos like the US eyesores.
