I have a quick question about Travel history regarding First timer/Frequent Traveller.
Someone who has lived in Europe had a Polish study Visa over 9 years ago and has been to other schengen countries too is the person regarded in the category of First timer or Frequent traveler? Remember the study Visa was over 9 years ago. And also he has some travel history to some African countries, Ghana, Togo, Cameroon.
Pls I need answers to this question on what you think?
I would appreciate the enthusiasm from your experiences here. Thank you.

cucumbar:
well, I think a lot of factors come into play in deciding who gets a visa or not and travel history is just one of them.
If you are an employee, the organization you work with, your role and how much you earn is important. Some organizations open doors. This could come in handy for first timers.
If you are a business person, the type of business you do and your turnover comes into play here.
When I got my first shengen visa, I didn’t have what could be considered travel history, as I only had a dubai stamp and Brazilian visa that I had not used.

Some one mentioned a very key factor on another thread and I’m going to quote it here( credit to pansophist)

“To get a visa easily from any country, YOU MUST GIVE THE CONSULAR A VIBE OF AFFLUENCE. The consular must be convinced that you are least likely to overstay or abuse the conditions of your visa. This is where most applicants get a denial because it is difficult to prove”.

Good evening @Davodguy
Do you mean I should reapply for Spain but someone told me Appeal Isn’t work for shengen , I apply for Australia In 2019 it’s take almost 2 month before the refusal, during the Bushfires that’s happen in Australia then I didn’t know I can Reapply and Write Protest letter to them then

Pls have you seen anyone that’s appeal to Spain and win the appeal and granted the visa

No one is telling you to appeal, cos you would not succeed on it.

Apply to France and the only thing to add is to improve your cover letter

The documents are OKAY

You are not a first timer.

First time has two categories

Category one, virgin passport

Category two travel to countries in Africa would also be seen as first timer to Europe

A list countries are UK, USA, Japan, Australia, New Zealand all 26 Schengen Countries
B list are UAE, Turkey, China, Malaysia etc

African countries does not have good ratings abroad

You will get a dollar card, fund the card with black market dollar and then pay so much.

It is best to use Traveling agent to buy, cos they still get some discount

I pay using my credit card (ATM CARD).
When I have to use a travel agent, I use Wakanow or TravelPlanna.
But most times travel planna, because they are cheaper.

Submitted today at TLS for Italy, but not too optimistic

My company that I own is sponsoring and I added statement from the company, with bank reference confirming me as sole signatory, as well as sponsorship letter for all 3 of us.

unfortunately, did not add my personal bank account and that of my wife.

Felt really bad

Company statement is in excess of 23m but I just hope these guys will not use this error against all 3 of us

Stop wasting your time as first timer
Schengen won’t give you
Try smaller countries like Serbia,Slovenia, kosovo,Romania or Bulgaria
Any or these is very easy to get their visa from there you can move into EU
Stop wasting time on France ,Italy ,Spain it’s hard..the goal is to leave Nigeria
