True. Stylistically Ronaldinho wins but Messi is more efficient, and it is all due to style. Mastering the shoulder drop+ball control+change of pace is the most efficient way to dribble on a football pitch. It beats step over, elastico, pirouette, roll back, drag back, Cruyff turn etc but it is just not as aesthetically pleasing as most of those moves.

I don't think it matters. George Best lived and died by the shoulder drop and feint, and he was right footed. Baggio also used a lot of shoulder drop and feints though he had a few tricks as well and he was also right footed. Apart from the Cruyff turn Johan Cruyff also used a lot of feints and shoulder drop and was right footed.
Rivelino was the 1st (and probably still the best) master of the elastico (snake bite), and he was left footed. Denilson was wavy with his stepovers and was left footed.

We won't and we shouldn't. You don't get every single expensive signing a manager wants. He'll cost like 70m, his wages are close to 400k weekly. And this is why we need a competent DOF.

We desperately need a GK, RB and most importantly a striker. A striker at the least will cost 70m. Whether it's Tony or Osimhen or Felix or Vhlaovic. How can we then spend 70m plus on a midfielder on massive wages that doesn't even want to leave.
