The issue of rendition has been resolved.

They can release and rearrest him immediately for jumping bail.

The court said that he must be returned to Kenya.

They took ASUU to court, the body obeyed court order, court ordered Nnandi Kanu release but, the tyranny of APC and the dictatorial tendencies of Emilokan group will never allow equity to prevail .
A king will rule that will never know Joseph when we move .

In whose interest should he be released? Someone who is a security threat should be released to do what exactly?

I suspect most of the people commenting here cannot be Nigerians else they won’t be clamouring for the release of a guy who has promised to unleash untold violence on the nation and wipe out every living being. Madness.
Are you saying Nigeria security is not capable of dealing with any threat issue by a single person
Now back to your question, in the interest of the rest for the rule and due process of the law.

Mal.ami may you die miserable slow death of Agony by saying that MNK jumped bail.
If he just decided and jumped bail and not you and your fellow Fulani Cabals caused his escape to foreign country, it will be well with you .
Enough of all this use.less, meaningless and unnecessary baseless excuses .
Nigerians are not as dumb and clueless as you.

I once read a documentary of a CIA agent who arrested and convicted several criminals in the USA... After about a year or two, the harden criminals were all released because he followed undue process and violated their privacy to extract information used against them. Now the agent was dismissed and the criminals freed.
I didn't write up these to state that Nnamdi Kanu is a criminal, but to state that when due process is not followed, every conviction is illegal no matter the crime.
So the AGF should just accept their mistake and free the man.
Secondly, someone should be dismissed for carrying out an illegal arrest.

He was once granted bail which he jumped, only a foolish government will release him once more...

The irony of this disobedience in the part of the Federal govt is that they are justifying everything that Nnamdi Kanu said about a banana planted in the Zoo of a Republic.

I am in total support of Malami on this.

You can't kill my people and asked to be let free on any basis.

You once jumped bail and if released now you will jump bail and won't face the other cases against you.

Keep the murderer.

If his actions and incitement had caused the death of your family member you will understand this.

Malami and buhari ought to be in detention by now for kidnapping, if not all the kidnappers in different police nets should be released without delay, those that died on the proccess their families compensated

This guy is a disgrace to the legal profession. A whole AGF. Since when did it become the job of the executive arm of government to interpret the law. The truth is that Kanu can show proof that the Impostor in Aso Rock is not who they claim he is. The Impostor's family representative is already asking for compensation. MALAMI MUST BE TRIED FOR TREASONABLE FELONY BY THE INCOMING GOVERNMENT.

jumping bail is another crime to be handled separately... The stand of the court is that he should be released and returned back to Kenya. Let's be clear here, the court isn't saying he didn't commit offenses. All the court is saying is that the AGF should follow due process in arresting him and bring him for trials.

Pls FG should not release that mother fucker that will jump bail again. How can sensible person demand the release of a terrorists?? No matter how sentimentally or tribally u think, the right thing must be done. He committed treason, killing, destructions, inciting with videos evidence and u want such person to be release again. So that he can jump bail and fly to UK to operate his yeye radio Biafra for coordinating and disseminating informations and attack again
