In a JW organisation video I watched last year, it was explained that certain Kingdom halls with time have less than half of JWs attending these Kingdom halls. When this happens, congregations are merged together to be one Congregation. Let's say amongst 5 kingdom halls that have less than half of JWs attending it, two or three congregations are merged to be one and two or three Kingdom halls are put up for sale. At least in that video, they admitted that JW attendance to Kingdom halls reduces with time.

Now use your brain like how an intelligence officer normally should (Even though it is very shameful to call you one because you've got a brain filled with shaft), Ask yourself, why is it that less than half of JWs attend in these Kingdom halls? Where did the rest of JWs attending these Kingdom halls disappear to? Watchtower will not think of selling Kingdom halls if these halls are always filled with JWs.

You asked why Kingdom halls are not sold in Africa. Stop trying to be stupid and use your brain. Have you seen the state of the art Kingdom halls in these countries where they are being sold? Watchtower builds cheap Masonic look alike Kingdom halls in Africa while state of the art kingdom halls are built in other countries.

So, Yes, low attendance of JWs as a result of finding the lies of the Cult will lead to merging of congregations which leads to sales of Kingdom halls which also leads to paying Child Sexual abuse victims and lawsuits.

I can sense just two questions here

1, I remember the first time i attended a meeting at the Kingdom Hall in my home town the attendance was few from the start only for the seats to be occupied after 10mins.
So i never expected the JWs to shrink back or feel anything as long as they're ready to worship God even if it's just 8 souls that meet in the Hall i Maximus must be in that number!

2, That's the work of God's Holy Spirit, teaching His people what to do each time the need arises! John 14:26

The earlier you all realize that Watchtower is a more of a buisness than a religion, the better for you to see through the smoke screen.

They currently have three very viable businesses -

1. Real Estate,

2. Book publishing, and of recent,

3. Movie production (by renting out their million dollar studio)



The selling of Kingdom Halls, Assembly halls, etc might be for a couple of reasons:

1. To raise money to settle court cases of Child Sexual Abuse,

2. Because their numbers are dwindling, or

3. Most likely to simply ramp up the profits.

The Watchtower is eventually going to become a full online church more like what Televangelists have been doing for many years now.

Why attend a kingdom hall when you can simply join in via Zoom?

Also, with the construction of their million dollar movie studio at Ramapo, they might eventually setup an online streaming service like Netflix where they showcase "Bible based" dramas.
